Company: ET \/ RANCAGUA \u2013 VI Region.<\/p>\n

Filtrations were repaired to the transformer or exterior mining substation:<\/p>\n

– Nitrogen pressure was applied to reduce the quantity of silicon of the transformer and to situate it under the line of insulators.<\/p>\n

– Change of base and cap packages of insulators in 4160V.<\/p>\n

– Tightening of caps of insulators 13200V.<\/p>\n

– Reincorporation of silicon apart to repair the transformer.<\/p>\n

– Refill with 210 l. dielectric silicon to reach the normal level.<\/p>\n

– By applying nitrogen pressure of 0.5kg\/cm2 it is verified that the transformer filtrations are repaired.<\/p>\n

– Measurement of the resistance of insulation:<\/p>\n

  1. High voltage \u2013 Low voltage.<\/li>\n
  2. High voltage \u2013 Mass.<\/li>\n
  3. Low voltage \u2013 Mass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    – Measure of the resistance of primary and secondary coils in the position of tap it was placed.<\/p>\n

    – Measure of the reason of transformation in the position of tap it was placed.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t\t
