Unite substation reparation 1500 KVA in 23 KV and integral maintenance of medium voltage cell

Service of unite substation reparation 1500 KVA 23000/4160 – 2402 V, Comtrafo brand, and the integral maintenance to the medium voltage cell.

1. Complete visual reparation of parts and pieces of the substation.
2. Initial electric check and measuring to the transformer.

• Enrolled resistance 23 kV, 4.16 kV
• Insulation resistance 5000 Vdc

3. Disarming, revision, cleaning and washing of the active part of the transformer (coils and nucleus)
4. Oven thermic treatment to evacuate the humidity in the active part of the transformer.
5. Integral replacement of the three coils AT/MT, 23/4160 kV, 1500 kVA
6. Replacement of the section of the damaged nucleus of the transformer.
7. Internal connexion and change of the damaged insulations.
8. Change of tap packages and transformer insulators.
9. Change of the internal damaged insulators of the substation.
10. Integral arming of the transformer.
11. Change of the dielectric mineral oil endowment (1090 l.)
12. Vacuum pond treatment and filling the oil endowment to the transformer.
13. Leak tests with nitrogen 0,75 kg/cm2.
14. Weather-type epoxy painting treatment (pearl grey) to the substation.
15. Complete electric tests to the transformer and cells in our laboratory according to ANSI C-57.12.90 norms, with the appropriate emission of proves certificate.
16. Packaging of the substation for transport.
