An integral maintenance is realized to the metering outfits:
– Removal of the E.C.M oil endowment in a 200 l. drum void, implementing nitrogen pressure 0,5 kgf/cm2; to realize a replacement of the disrepair packages and tightening of interior contact L1-S1, probably loose for diverted spike in terminal successive W.
– Complete exterior E.C.M. cleaning to be intervened.
– Total change of acrylonitrile packages.
– Vacuum treatment to pond and filling of total endowment of dielectric mineral oil; with reposition app. 30 l. of new oil to the metering outfit by loss filtration.
– Leak tests with nitrogen.
– Elimination of oxide and treatment with weather-type epoxy painting (pearl grey)
– Complete electric tests in our laboratory according to ANSI C-57.12.90 norms, with the appropriate emission of test certificate.
